Will my insurance rates actually go up?+
No. Hail falls under comprehensive coverage, which is legally classified as an act of God in every state we operate in. That is completely separate from an at-fault accident. Your rates cannot increase from a single comprehensive hail claim. This is confirmed by the Colorado Division of Insurance.
I have a deductible. Does that mean I pay something?+
We cover deductibles up to $1,000. The large majority of comprehensive deductibles are $500 or less. For most people, out-of-pocket cost is literally zero. If yours is higher, we'll discuss it at the inspection before anything moves forward.
Honestly, my car looks fine to me.+
That's what most people say before their inspection. Hail damage often isn't visible without specialized lighting. We find damage in 95% of inspections that the owner had no idea was there. Worst case: your car is genuinely fine and you leave with $50 cash.
How is PDR different from a regular body shop?+

Is there a deadline to file my claim?+
